White House explains delay in firing Flynn

Lindsey Graham's intimation after the hearing that he would be interested in digging further into Trump's business ties to Russian Federation, an issue that former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said he could not discuss at Monday's hearing "because that impacts an investigation". One of them was former acting U.S. Attorney General Sally Yates owning Sen. We now know that the White House ignored her warnings.

At Tuesday's White House press briefing, the first question tossed to press secretary Sean Spicer, as expected, was why the president waited so long to fire Flynn.

Yates for example testified that she had seen a readout of an interview Flynn gave to the Federal Bureau of Investigation during January, before she headed to meet McGahn.

"Sally Yates came here on the 26th of January", Spicer said.

"Director Clapper reiterated what everybody, including the fake media already knows - there is "no evidence" of collusion w/ Russian Federation and Trump", Mr Trump said.

On Tuesday afternoon, Press Secretary Sean Spicer announced a way to get all these (and so many more) rumors and accusations behind this White House.

The revelations did not in themselves represent a development that could break open the mystery of Moscow's meddling with last year's election and increasingly vocal Democratic claims of collusion between Russian Federation and members of the President's inner circle.

"And it's punishable by five years in prison?" was the next leading question.

But even after Sonali's negative review of the concert, the organiser Andre Timmins of Wizcraft thanked her for her kind words. Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover who arrived at the concert left within moments after looking at the massive crowds.

The February resignation followed media reports that Flynn had discussed US -imposed sanctions on Russian Federation with Ambassador Sergey Kislyak during the presidential transition period, which was contrary to the public representations of the White House.

Trump has repeatedly branded the issue of Russian interference "fake news" despite the United States intelligence community's conclusion that President Vladimir Putin himself was behind the meddling.

So did she drop by on her way to yoga to poke her head through the door and say, "Oh, hey, Flynn's been talking to the Russians, and there are transcripts and stuff".

"I think if you flip this scenario and say what if we just dismissed somebody because a political opponent of the president had made an utterance, you would argue that it was pretty irrational to act in that manner", Spicer said.

"This was a problem because not only did we believe that the Russians knew this but that they likely had proof of this information". Spicer described her visit to the White House to warn of Flynn as a "heads-up".

The exchange attracted lots of attention on the internet, and many liberals were quick to lavish Yates, an Obama appointee, with praise.

Spicer's rationale? Yates was "somebody who clearly showed by the fact that career attorneys told her that she should sign the president's lawful order and then chose not to do it - that vindicates the president's point". When it comes to Russia, Flynn is in hot water for failing to properly disclose a $45,000 payment he received from Russia's state-subsidized propaganda network, Russia Today, for an appearance he made in Moscow celebrating that event.

Did Flynn break any laws and, if so, will he face criminal charges?
