A second woman from southern California came forward Tuesday, accusing film director and convicted child rapist Roman Polanski of sexually assaulting her when she was a minor. She said the incident occurred on the set of the film Pirates.

Attorney Gloria Allred is representing the woman, who is identified exclusively as "Robin", Variety reports.

In 2010 British actress Charlotte Lewis accused Polanski of sexually assaulting her in Paris in 1983, when she was 16 years old. Lewis is also represented by Allred, who represented Bill Cosby accuser Andrea Constand.

Robin M. fired back with her own additional statement, which refuted Braun's claims that the conference was only held as a way to "influence" the judge, writing: "This infuriated me! I knew he was sorry the next day", she said after the hearing. But, to this single exception, the reason why I kept this for me, is that I did not want my father to do something that could send them to prison for the rest of his life.

Robin said she wanted the criminal case against Polanski to end so she and her family can move on.

The website also reports that law enforcement are treating his death as by natural causes, pending the toxicology report. According to People Magazine, TMZ reports Yancy was found by a friend in his San Fernando Valley, California apartment.

In April, the Los Angeles Superior Court rejected Polanski's bid to be tried in absentia, ruling the director must return to the U.S. before the case can be resolved. "While we understand that Ms. Geimer would like this case to end, Robin and I feel that it is very important that Mr. Polanski returns to court in California to be sentenced..."

She was 13 when Roman Polanski sexually assaulted her. "I am speaking out now so that Samantha and the world will know that she is not the only minor Roman Polanski had victimized".

Polanksi pleaded guilty to the rape in 1979 abut immediately fled the country before sentencing. "Years have passed and he is famous, but that does not excuse his criminal conduct of sexually victimizing minors".

Polanski also previously claimed the original presiding judge promised him he would not have to serve more time if he went to state prison and submitted to the diagnostic evaluation as part of his plea.

Allred said Robin met with law enforcement - an agency she declined to identify - to document her allegations, which could potentially come to light if Polanski opts to withdraw his plea in the Geimer case and go to trial.

Polanski's attorney, Harland Braun, has asked the judge to dismiss the case in the interests of justice, saying his 83-year-old client has accepted responsibility for his actions and had a "reasonable fear of our system".
