Melinda Morris Zanoni, a representative of the agency that deals with Acumen, for its part, has asked his supporters to pray and send positive thoughts, Monday morning, via Twitter. Zanoni originally downplayed the severity of the situation but later tweeted a plea for support and prayers.

When the latest Ric Flair update came out yesterday about his hospitalization, and medically induced coma, many fans suspected the worst.

Flair's management team made clear Saturday on Facebook that the cause of Flair's hospital stay would not be made public: "No, we can not answer any personal questions".

"She tweeted later in the day that the wrestler has "a long road ahead" of him but his surgery "was a success". That speculation only grew Tuesday, with news of the surgery.
